Statement of conformity of the invoicing software (Veri*factu)

BlancPac Technologies Sociedad Limitada (Tax ID B93857100), as producer of the invoicing software Taxania (identifier 01, version 0.1.0), declares under its responsibility that this system, in the version stated, complies with article 29.2.j) of Spanish General Tax Law 58/2003, Royal Decree 1007/2023 of 5 December approving the Regulation on the requirements for computer or electronic systems and programs that support invoicing processes, and Order HAC/1177/2024 of 17 October, which implements it.

What the system guarantees

• Integrity and immutability. Every invoice issued generates an invoicing registration record, and every cancellation a cancellation record. Once issued, an invoice cannot be modified or deleted; it can only be corrected or cancelled with the corresponding record.
• Traceability. Records are chained using a SHA-256 fingerprint that includes the fingerprint of the previous record, the generation date and time with time zone, the issuer's tax ID, the invoice number and date, its type, the total tax amount and the total amount.
• Retention and accessibility. Records are kept in the system's database together with the invoice and can be exported at any time. The generation date and time are taken from the server, which is synchronised via NTP.
• Legibility. Every invoice includes the tax QR code with the data set out in annex III of the Order, and the legend “VERI*FACTU” when records are submitted to the Spanish Tax Agency.
• Submission to the AEAT. The system can operate as a verifiable invoice issuing system (Veri*factu), submitting invoicing records to the Spanish Tax Agency's electronic office through the enabled web service, using the taxpayer's electronic certificate.
• Multi-user. The system can be used by several taxpayers, with an independent chain of records for each of them.
